YOU DON'T KNOW JACK - by Erin Mc Carthy

A great must read romance novel by Erin Mc Carthy is my flavour of the month.
She always write such easy to read, hot heavy sexy scenes, that I wish I'm the one in there.


Ok, the book tells about Jamie Peters, a girl who believes in Karma who happen to almost no longer believe in true love, until one day, she bummed into a man who is insanely goodlooking, she believe that her luck has changed, she at last met her destiny.

Jonathon Davidson is not a believer on anything cosmotic. So when he bummed Jamie accidently, or is it not accidently, he did'nt prepare for the sight of the woman he thought had something to do with the fraud. But from the moment he met her, he was hooked.

Now the problem was, how can he tell Jamie the truth, that he's not someone she thinks he is.... hell his name was not even Jack.

Another Braddock-Blacks series, here Susan Johnson tells story of Kit Braddock, Blaze’s younger brother. A dashing adventurer in the market for a wife. And so he sailed to England to find one, for his mother wanting an English virgin bride. But instead of finding a virgin, Kit met Angela de Grae, unlikely a virgin, but like one, she’s yet haven’t found the love of her life. For life’s been so unfair towards her, with an abusive husband, Angela seeks a comfort and lust with Kit Braddock, a born charmer, not only did he managed to charmed her, he charmed her two kids away too. For the love he felt for Angela so great, he was insist on taking her with him, no matter what will happen. Not so bad book, but, I found the story kinda slow paced and a little bit boring… I mean who won’t? when u read the first 3 saga…

I don’t know how to begin, giving review to this magnificent books. It has all romance a woman could need. Wait… why don’t I give u the opening preview of the book…

“ I don’t want you to touch me, Etienne,” Daisy said in a small, breathless voice. “I want to forget you and last night, I want to go back to Montana and continue forgetting you, I want to find someone else,” She went on with new heat in her voice, “ Who doesn’t have a wife, someone who lives where I live and cares about my people. Someone…..”
He’d moved with predatory speed when she mentioned finding someone else, convulsed with unspeakable jealousy, and his mouth stopped her flood of words, covering hers with a punishing kiss of possession and fury. He pulled her tightly into his body. “You’re lying”, he murmured, his mouth lifting from hers for a brief moment. “Tell me other men can make you tremble, tell me other men can make you breathless, tell me, damn you, because I haven’t slept a peaceful night in weeks and I want to hear the truth.”
Daisy wasn’t cold anymore, her clothes were beginning to warm from the heat of her skin, from the heat of Etienne’s body pressed hard against hers. And what was truth was coiling in the pit of her stomach, flame hot and spreading with every pulse beat.
“You know already,” she quietly exploded, “but here’s the truth if you want me to say it. I want to make love to you. I want you to make love to me. I want us to make love to each other. Is that clear enough?”

So… I think enough to say… that this by all means the greatest novel of Braddock-Blacks series. I love of how Etienne love Daisy, with so much passion that I wish someone would love me.

Six stars to Susan Johnson… and if I could want to thank her personally for writing this romantic novels.

But their love was put on a test, when another woman claimed to having Trey’s baby. Can’t handle the pressure, Empress fled again, now to her home country French.

Little does Trey know, that Empress was having his baby too, and when he found out, he made sure that what’s his must belong in Montana.

I hate to admit, that from all the Braddock-Black series, I’m not to fond of Trey story. He seemed a little bit too young for me. I mean, he’s in what? Mid twenties??? But the story isn’t bad at all… I think for the Susan Johnson Fans, it won’t be matters anyway… because the story was still amazingly hot…

This is the first novel of the Braddock-Blacks series of Susan Johnson. Got to tell you, I enjoyed reading the series. The setting was in the late 18th centuries, story about two different world presented by Blaze, the well bred bostonian and Jon Hazzard, an educated Absarokee Indian.

The two met under circumtances or Blaze's father wanted to claim the land of Jon's tribe. In her confidence, Blaze was so sure she'll persuaded Jon to sell his land, little did she know, what is the land meant to Jon and his people.

The heat started to when Jon abducted her and accidently seduce Blaze, and how he was in for suprise when he realized that Blaze was a virgin.

Blaze wasn't immune to his charm either, for she craved his touch and kisses, the way he made her feel like no one ever made her feel before, but being an innocent, she craved far more than lust, she wanted his love.

Againts all odds, Blaze and Jon fall in love and decided to stay together, and how they love being tested all over again, when their child was abducted by another tribe and the hatred of Blaze's mother.


Love the book truly, Susan Johnson never fail to amaze me......
